Review:

What a great read!! I haven't read many books about people with psychic abilities but this one takes the cake. It was fraught with danger as a serial killer starts cleaning up. Tavika is a cop and seems to enjoy being one. She's also psychic with some major powers being squelched somewhat unconsciously. Jericho is also psychic, but he hates the precinct and dealing with cops. And yet, he waltzes in to Tavika's to warn her that she's on the killer's list. Because he's determine to protect her, he shoves his way into her life, breaking through the walls she keeps up. But the serial killer is leaving a trail of blood with little evidence. And time is running out. This is book 10 in this series and although I have not read the entire series, I kept up with what was going on very easily.  Also, great cover!

Megan and Evan have a history: one steamy weekend before they went their separate ways. Years later they find each other once more, but not before Megan has developed a healthy mistrust of...herself. I know, surprising right? But true. The residual feelings and memories of their time together always lurk under the surface for them both but Megan has gotten tangled up in some bad business involving another of the Seals she helped rescue and she's in some major danger. All the while, Evan is trying to protect her, but Megan proves more than competent and she ends up saving him a time or two. I love the tension between the two. Honestly, I wasn't quite so fond of Megan at first until I began to understand her motives. Once you see why she is acting the way she is, you can't help but think you might want to be a little like her. She's a pretty tough woman and flies helicopters. How cool is that? This was a riveting read!

It's Christmas time for the bunch and Mason is hiding a particularly special gift to Tesla, his girlfriend, in his pocket. Finally thinking about the long haul with someone, he wants to propose. But before that can happen, she is kidnapped again. It seems like Tesla can't stay out of trouble. Not like she's looking for it, but her work puts her in a certain degree of danger and it only heightens when she finds that someone has been tampering with her extremely important work. Keeping her safe is proving to be quite a job, but Mason is fully devoted to her. The ending was sweet enough I might have shed a tear or two! A nice, actiony Christmas read!

He looks scary, but all he wants to do is protect her and revive her hope. This is only part one and it definitely ends in a cliff hanger, but definitely worth the read!

Book 2 Review:

Willow has been under a man's protection from her husband, Greg, but he won't give her up so easily. Things start getting dicey and not only is she in constant danger, but now so is her protector, Cash. Cash is doing his best to help not only keep her safe but to get back into a more normal state of mind. For quite some time Willow has been of the mind set to do what she's told and accept it no matter what that is, but she is slowly taking back her life. Hopefully she can stay alive long enough to build a new one. Part two is another fantastic leg of Willow's journey!

Book 3 Review:

In the last part of Willow's story, there is even more danger for Cash and the woman who has quickly captured his attention and possibly his heart. Greg will not let Willow be no matter what. Cash is desperate to keep her safe, but there are unknown factors at play and some extra help has to be called in. Willow's husband is a cunning man and not easily defeated. He has resources they had no idea he had access to. A great ending to this series!

Boxed Set Review:

This set might be my favorite yet of these authors. Such a great read about a woman who gets a second chance at life and love. Turns out that one fateful night, Willow is saved by the man who looks like an enemy but turns out to be prince charming. Cash looks like a mean, tough guy. And to be honest he can be when protecting those he cares for. A man with a rough past, he knows the look of someone who has run out of options and hope. When he finds Willow, that is what he sees. She beaten and finally been broken down to a point she thinks there is almost no coming back from. But Cash is bound and determined to bring her back from the edge. The only thing stopping him, besides Willow's personal demons, is her husband, Greg. He is one bad man. I loved reading this set and did so in one day!

Review:
This book is part of a series about some SEALS who are out on a mission to save a woman who is working on something very important, something that could potentially save many lives in the military.  Tesla's brother, Harry, was a SEAL and he died along with some others a year ago.  What she doesn't know is that the men rescuing her knew him well, and he often told stories to Mason about her.  So Mason already kind of feels a personal connection to her before they even meet.  I really liked that about the book.  When they meet it's not hard for him to develop feelings for her, feelings that are more than that of just friends.  And poor Tesla, she endures a ton of pain in this book, showing that she can indeed take it and would survive no matter what it took.  This woman is a survivor.  She's one strong character, although she doesn't fight her feelings for Mason too hard.  Well, not that I blame her.  And the fact that there is someone constantly waiting in the shadows to get at her keeps you constantly on edge, wondering if this will be the one time she doesn't escape.  But she gets taken so many times, it almost becomes expected.  Hence the four stars instead of five.  I was also extremely shocked where she had this particular software hidden!!  Seriously, who would have thought?  Not me!  So, all in all, a nice evening read and one with a good ending to it.  Just because this is a series doesn't mean this book doesn't have it's happily ever after, because it does.  By the way it looks, each book in the series is about a different SEAL in their group, so they can easily be read as stand alones.

Review:

Now You See Me is admittedly the first book I have read in this series and honestly it makes me want to go back and start from book 1. Why? It was a great paranormal read! It kept me interested from the very start and I finished the book very quickly because of how interested I was to see the developing relationship between Dean and Tia when Tia had tried to close herself off from pretty much everyone for a very long time. And this man has the ability to bring her out of her shell, not to mention the fact that when the world is going crazy he can ground her like no other...literally. It's pretty cool that Tia has the ability to use the energy around her to camouflage herself and basically become invisible. The down side? I had so many questions about this book. There were just some areas kind of left open ended. Maybe it was meant to be that way. I'm not sure, but otherwise I found this a very entertaining read.
